Hey there…
With 15+ years in tech and a background as an entrepreneur, I bring a modern, results-driven approach to Seattle real estate. As your real estate advisor, I’ll tell you what not to do just as confidently as what you should—especially when it comes to prepping your home for sale. I know the data behind every transaction in your neighborhood and use it to price, position, and prep your home to sell quickly and confidently. From staging to strategy, nothing hits the market until it’s 100% ready. And in today’s shifting market—where buyers are gaining the edge—a strong digital marketing campaign isn’t optional. I craft targeted marketing that gets your home seen by the right people, in the right places, at the right time. Every move I make is intentional—and always in your best interest
I’ve called Seattle home for 15 years, living in Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, and now on the edge of Green Lake and Maple Leaf. I also spend a lot of time in Phinney Ridge—where my two youngest attend preschool, and it’s my favorite place to work from a local coffee shop when I’m not in the Queen Anne office. I genuinely love this city and have a deep knowledge of its neighborhoods, schools, summer camps, and all the outdoor adventures that make the PNW so special—whether it’s camping, hiking, or skiing.
I’m also a huge foodie, so if you ever need a recommendation on where to eat, grab a cocktail, find the best coffee, or hang out with (or without) kids—I’ve got you covered.
Honestly, sometimes the best move is to wait. The market has shifted, and if you bought at the peak, selling might not make sense right now. I treat every client like a friend—my advice is always based on what’s best for you. That could mean buying, selling, or holding off. If you’re considering a condo, we’ll weigh the numbers and see if renting is the smarter move.
Clear communication when we are not talking face to face is key. Whether it’s text, Zoom, phone, or my favorite—Loom—I’ll meet you where you’re at. Quick video walkthroughs help me explain things clearly and add a personal touch that’s been a game-changer for client connection and value.
When you work with me, I bring three key pillars to the table: solid data, boots-on-the-ground market insight, and intuition. Data gives us the facts, local knowledge helps us understand the story behind the numbers, and intuition—shaped by experience and connection—helps guide smart, confident decisions. All three are essential in navigating the buying or selling process, especially in a market that’s constantly shifting.

Essentials
Home
I currently call Green Lake home—and I love it here. Whether it’s strolling the path, paddleboarding and swimming in the summer, or biking around the lake with my family, it’s our go-to spot for fun and fresh air.
Crush
I’m a sucker for a beautifully updated old home—modern where it matters, but still full of charm and original character
Hangout
When I’m not working, I’m either biking, walking around the lake, squeezing in hot Pilates, skiing in the winter, paddleboarding Green Lake in the summer—or chasing my three boys in 12 different directions.
Place
Honestly, I’m lucky to love what I do—helping clients and building my business is my happy place. But I also cherish the time I get with my boys, my husband, and our close friends.
